The Trade-In Problem

The used-car manager already knows what your vehicle is worth.

They’ve looked up the same wholesale data dealers see every day. They know what your 911, your M3, your AMG, your Duramax, your Raptor actually sells for at auction. And they offer you several thousand less — because someone has to keep the difference.

That difference is your equity. We give it back to you.

“The dealer’s offer is never the market price. It’s the discount they need to resell it.”

The Low-Mileage Premium

Older car, low miles?
It’s worth more than you think.

Survivor cars — older vehicles with 40,000–60,000 miles in clean condition — clear at meaningful premiums over book value. Dealers price by year and miss the story. Auctions price by condition. That’s where yours wins.

If you’ve been daily-driving the same trusted vehicle for years and the miles stayed low, talk to us first. We know what auctions actually pay for survivor cars — and it’s usually a lot more than the dealer down the street will offer.

The Process

As easy as a trade-in. Without the lowball.

You drop the keys. We do everything else. The only difference from trading in is what you get back.

01

Drop Off Your Vehicle

Submit your VIN and answer a few quick condition questions — three minutes online. Then bring the vehicle to our lot at your convenience. From that moment, you’re done.

02

Dealers Compete Nationally

Your vehicle is professionally inspected and photographed, then listed across a nationwide dealer auction network. Hundreds of licensed dealers bid against each other for it.

03

Keep the Equity

Auctions run twice a week — Mondays and Thursdays. When your vehicle sells, you receive the winning bid minus our flat 5% pilot fee. No hidden costs. No reconditioning charges. If the reserve isn't hit on the first run, we lower it and relist at the next auction at no extra fee. Most vehicles sell within one week.

Our Specialty

The vehicles that
do best at auction.

We focus on the vehicles that retain real-world value — where the difference between a trade-in and a real auction price is thousands of dollars.

TradeRebel
From a Seller

When the vehicle holds its value,
the seller should too.

TradeRebel sold my Porsche 911 for what I paid for it — two years later. The whole process was great and seamless. Would definitely recommend selling cars through them.”

“I shopped local dealers on my 2022 Honda Accord Sport with 25,000 miles and the most I was offered was $22,500. TradeRebel sold it for $25,700 — $3,200 more.”

Common Questions

What sellers ask us most.

Is this more work than trading in at a dealership?
No. You drop your vehicle off — same as a trade-in. The only difference is what you get back. We handle inspection, photos, listing, title transfer, and payment. You do nothing.
How is this different from a trade-in?
When you trade in, one dealer makes you one offer. With us, a nationwide network of licensed dealers competes for your vehicle in a live online auction. More competition means more money. The equity stays with you instead of going to the dealer.
I have an older vehicle with very low miles — is it still a good fit?
Yes — this is one of our sweet spots. Low-mileage “survivor” cars (older vehicles with 40,000–60,000 miles in clean condition) frequently clear at meaningful premiums over their published trade-in values. Dealers price by year and miss this story. Auctions price by condition. If you’ve kept a Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, or similar daily driver in great shape for years, this is exactly the kind of vehicle we want.
What kinds of vehicles do you accept?
We specialize in premium and high-value vehicles: luxury and performance (Porsche, BMW M, AMG, Audi RS, Corvette, GT-R, Supra), trucks and off-road (Powerstroke, Cummins, Duramax, Raptor, TRX, G-Wagon, Defender), electric vehicles (Tesla, Lucid, Rivian), collector and classic, and American & Japanese luxury. We accept other vehicles too — the auction model produces the largest premium over trade-in on vehicles in the $20,000+ range.
How much does it cost?
During our pilot phase, we charge a flat 5% fee on the sale price — only paid when your vehicle sells. No upfront cost. No reconditioning charges. No hidden fees.
How fast will I get paid?
Auctions run twice a week — Mondays and Thursdays — so most vehicles sell within one week of intake. Once your vehicle sells, you receive funds within 5 business days of the auction closing.
What if my vehicle doesn’t sell on the first run?
We lower the reserve and relist it at no extra fee until it sells. You’re never trapped in a long contract — if at any point you change your mind, you can pick up the vehicle and walk away.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Your name and contact information are never visible to the bidding dealers. You drop off, we list, the dealer auction handles the transaction privately. Discreet by design.
